This hospital will not only serve for one city, but will be an example to follow for many other cities, which choose to walk the path of a truly social society, where compassion and help come before money and investment return!
The hospital will be not for profit and this status can never be changed!
█ PATIENT’s COSTS
The hospital has its own bookkeeping and “member” [name to be researched] office, that works as follows:
every person pays between $50 and max. $500 “hospital share” [name to be researched] per month instead of insurance fees and receives an ID card, which grants the holder to use the hospital as needed, day or night, at no additional fee.
Period.
All medical examinations, screenings, evaluations, procedures, surgeries and first aid, plain everything which can be done in the hospital, are free of any cost and covered through the monthly fee.
Surgery, that requires the stay in the hospital, will cost $10 per day covering the cost of living, which the patient would have outside the hospital as well.

If only the half signs up for the community hospital, there will be 50,000 “members”
50,000 x $100 (low average fee) = $5,000,000 income fee per month
1 doctor per month estimated $10,000 – required 30 doctors = $300,000 per month
1 nurse per month estimated $3000 – required 60 nurses = 180,000 per month
1 lab technician per month est. $3000 – required 5 techs = $15,000 per month
1 helper per month estimated $2400 – required 20 helper = $48,000 per month
total = $543,000 per month cost of employer
means, we have $5 Million minus employee cost let’s say rounded up to $1 Million, still $4 Million per month to maintain and expand the hospital
█ LAW
Law suits for compensations are not possible at this hospital. Humans do mistakes. Mistakes are part of life and an vital part for development; this will be signed in the agreement when becoming a “member” [name to be researched] of this hospital.
Willful and viciously created medical failure will be subject for normal criminal law.
█ EMPLOYMENT
The hospital will employ doctors, nurses, technical assistants and helpers with a good monthly income, staggered by skill and education, neither overpaid nor underpaid, and even the least skilled helper will be able to have a good livelihood without the need for a second or third job.
This is imperative in order to have every employee giving the best they can, and being happy at their workplace.
█ VACATION
Every employee will have 20 (twenty) days, or 4 (four) weeks, in one continuously block main vacation, paid, for reasons of full regeneration and refreshing and time for personal development. With growing years of employment this amount will grow to up to 6 (six) weeks.
Additionally there will be 10 (ten) days of paid free time, which can be taken through arrangement and on personal demand.
█ BENEFITS
Every employee is automatically a “member” of the hospital, the monthly fee will be automatically deducted from the salary.
█ SHARES
If a fiscal year ends with profit, this profit needs to be used to improve the hospital and its offers, and when no investments are required or all future investments are covered and still profit is available, this profit must get paid back to the “members” in form of lowered monthly fees, based on a staggered calculation by A) amount of fees paid and B) services used.
█ THE START
We need (perhaps) $9 Million to start.
To built the building with quality material (non toxic, newest standards, eco-friendly, energy self-sufficient, etc.) for a good fixed price and not overpaid. While this is in the works I need to find attorneys to work with me on the legal frame, which will be new in this “industry”, which we will turn back to a “service on humanity” and right for everybody without going broke in the process!
This will be local project with national impact.
Please find a way to help, with material or ideological input, perhaps you even have great attorneys or other people of help, and your name will be on the hospital’s wall, gosh, if you pay the money we will name the hospital after you and ask the city to get your name onto the street-sign in front of that hospital.
When we’ve accomplished our goal in only one city, we will have learned so much, that we can bring your hospitals even faster and better to other cities!!!
